PHirst Park Homes earns double recognition at PropertyGuru Awards
For many Filipinos, owning a first home is a milestone that goes beyond the purchase itself. It is a first major investment, a place to put down roots and the foundation for the life they hope to build.
PHirst Park Homes Inc. (PPHI) has built its name around that milestone, growing from a first-home developer into a nationwide portfolio of communities.
That commitment was recognized on the national property stage, with PHirst bagging two major distinctions at the 2026 PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards. The developer was named Best Community Developer, while PHirst Park Homes Gen San was recognized as Best First Home Development.

Building communities around everyday life
Being named Best Community Developer recognizes PHirst’s work in creating residential communities where the experience of homeownership is shaped by more than the house itself.
Across its developments, PHirst plans homes alongside shared spaces that serve different parts of everyday life. Clubhouses and swimming pools provide venues for recreation and gatherings, while playgrounds, parks and open spaces give children and residents places to spend time outdoors.
In some developments, commercial areas and other essential services are also integrated into the community.
That track record has grown with the company. As the first-home business of Century Properties Group, PHirst now has 33 active projects across the country.
For a developer focused on first-time homeowners, the distinction is particularly relevant. The first home is where families begin to establish roots, but the community around it becomes part of that experience. PHirst’s recognition reflects the effort to build both.

Making first homes count
The second recognition went to PHirst Park Homes Gen San, which was named Best First Home Development.
The award comes as PHirst continues to bring its developments to more parts of the country, particularly as more families look beyond Metro Manila for places to build their homes. It also marks a strong debut for PHirst in Mindanao.
Located in General Santos City, the 23.7-hectares PHirst Park Homes Gen San brings the company’s first-home model into SOCCSKSARGEN, where General Santos serves as a major commercial and trade center.
PHirst Park Homes Gen San offers Amani and Dua house models, with floor areas of 36 and 48 sqm, respectively. Both are designed as finished homes, giving first-time buyers a ready-to-occupy option rather than a bare structure to complete on their own.
Growing the dream
The two PropertyGuru accolades come at a time when PHirst continues to expand its offering and bring its developments to more parts of the country.
The company is also finding ways to make the step toward homeownership more attainable.
Through its #OwnTheDream Promo, qualified buyers have the chance to win cash subsidies that can be applied toward the total contract price of their PHirst home. The first draw was held on August 12, with the second leg ongoing until February 12, 2027, under DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB 256544, Series of 2026.
As PHirst moves forward, the recognition and its continuing initiatives reflect a business that is still evolving, with more communities taking shape and more first-home journeys beginning along the way.
For a company built around the Filipino dream of owning a home, the two awards mark not an endpoint, but another milestone in that dream’s continued growth.
