Pueblo de Oro launches Townhomes project in Cebu
Residential developer Pueblo de Oro Development Corp. (PDO) has formally launched Pueblo de Oro Townhomes Carcar, marking its latest residential project in Cebu’s fast growing southern corridor.
Located in Barangay Can-asujan, Carcar City, the project covers approximately 10 hectares and will deliver about 910 townhome units. It expands Pueblo de Oro’s footprint in the province and reinforces the company’s strategy of focusing on mid-market residential communities in emerging urban centers outside Metro Cebu.
The Carcar project forms part of Pueblo de Oro’s broader P18-billion strategic expansion program, which supports its continued growth across key progressive regional cities in the Philippines through masterplanned townships and residential communities.

Masterplanned enclave
Pueblo de Oro Townhomes Carcar is a masterplanned enclave of townhomes characterized by clean architectural lines, modern Asian finishes, and a cohesive streetscape, reflecting Pueblo de Oro’s approach to practical yet thoughtfully designed residential environments. Unit layouts prioritize natural light, ventilation, and efficient use of space, supporting day-to-day comfort and long-term livability.
“Carcar has been steadily evolving from a heritage city into an important residential and commercial hub,” said Prim Nolido, president and chief operating officer of Pueblo de Oro.
“As we expand our footprint, we remain guided by our mission of setting the gold standard in community living—delivering thoughtful, high-quality neighborhoods that respond to local needs and uplift lives in more parts of the country,” Nolido said.

Comfort, livability
Pueblo de Oro Townhomes Carcar highlights features that foster comfort and livability, including open spaces, landscaped areas, and thoughtfully planned layouts that encourage natural airflow.
Pueblo de Oro noted that these elements reflect its commitment to building family‑friendly communities while integrating responsible development practices.
The site is accessible via key road networks linking Carcar to Cebu City and nearby municipalities, while remaining close to schools, public markets, and other essential services, factors that are integral in Pueblo de Oro communities.
The launch comes amid sustained housing demand in Cebu’s secondary cities, driven by population growth, infrastructure values that are reshaping residential development. Beyond the local market, Pueblo de Oro is optimistic that the project will also resonate with the OFW community.
Pueblo de Oro is part of the ICCP Group, with a portfolio that includes residential communities, mixed-use developments, and industrial estates nationwide.
