Pushing for decent, resilient and affordable housing for PH
Allow me to extend my heartfelt appreciation and congratulations to all delegates, resource speakers, participants and partners of the 34th SHDA National Developers Convention, September 16 to 17, 2026.
This year’s theme: “Elevate Sustaining Progress through Collaboration and Strategic Housing Innovations” is a testament to the cooperation and synergy that SHDA espouses among its members, stakeholders in the housing sector, the national and local governments, and our home buyers, the Filipino family.
SHDA’s gains and momentum in its efforts have been achieved because of the continued support and active participation not only of the Officers of your association but, most importantly, the input and involvement of all our SHDA members.
Your organization will continue to be at the forefront in promoting the advancement of the housing sector and in helping the Government in addressing the goal of every Filipino family for decent, resilient and affordable housing and services.
The Convention Resolutions from the different discussions will weave the future advocacies and actions of the association and will guide us moving forward.
Thank you everyone and, again, I wish you all for a successful, informative, inclusive, and fruitful SHDA Convention.

I am humbled to address the SHDA Developers and housing stakeholders’ members on this important event, the 34th National Developers Convention, September 16 to 17, 2026 at Marquis Events Place Taguig City.
Our Convention Theme: “Sustaining Progress through Collaboration and Strategic Housing Innovations” reflects SHDA’s commitment and support for continuous efforts and hard work to towards promoting and achieving a vibrant housing industry.
We will continue to engage with the government, both executive and legislative bodies, to address the challenges and exhaust all means to achieve collaboration and synergy.
A rational Land Use and allocation for settlements, sustainable financing for developers and end-user buyers, the ease of doing business including digitization and computerization, innovative technologies, inclusive housing, sustainable, resilient and accessible housing developments taking into consideration the people and their environment, harnessing the collective strength of our SHDA members, and providing responsive and accessible housing for every Filipino are amongst the priorities embodied in the various SHDA advocacies and activities.
I welcome you all to our National Developers Convention and, on behalf of the Board and officers of SHDA, allow me to convey our appreciation and gratitude for your continued support and participation in our journey and endeavors. I wish you all a successful and fruitful SHDA Convention.
