RHK Land’s Regalia 2025 shines bright in a galaxy of greatness
RHK Land Corp., a joint venture between Robinsons Land Corp. and Hongkong Land, celebrated another stellar year of excellence with the 2025 Regalia Sales Excellence Awards, held last November 6 at the Grand Hyatt Manila in Bonifacio Global City.
Now in its second year, Regalia 2025 stood out as more than a recognition event. It was a shining testament to RHK Land’s culture of success, collaboration, and appreciation. This year’s theme, “Galaxy of Greatness,” captured the spirit of unity and brilliance that defines the company’s growing constellation of achievers.
‘We are all made of stars’
Drawing inspiration from the belief that “We Are All Made of Stars,” this year’s theme symbolizes how each RHK Land sales professional, like a star in the vast universe, brings a unique light that contributes to the company’s collective brilliance.
The Galaxy of Greatness embodies the idea that greatness is not confined to a few—it radiates from the shared commitment, passion, and perseverance of every individual who turns RHK Land’s vision into reality.
The event recognized the company’s top-performing in-house sellers and broker partners whose remarkable achievements exemplified RHK Land’s values of excellence and grit.
Among the night’s brightest stars were Ralph Christian Igot, who earned the Top Property Specialist and Sales Superstar Award as well as the Top Property Specialist in Unit Sales and Comet Closer Award; Karl Michael Ontengco, who was named Top Sales Manager and Sales Superstar; and Janet B. Sy, who received the Top Broker Award. Heritage Partners Realty (Remax Capital) was also honored as the Top Broker Group and Market Maverick.
The evening also treated guests to exciting raffle prizes, including Dyson Air Purifier Cool Gen 1, an iPad Air M3 13-inch paired with a 2023 Apple Pencil USB-C, and the night’s grand raffle prize: a brand-new Vespa S 125.
As a token of gratitude for their support and dedication, each RHK seller and broker also received a Nutribullet Pro 900 Blender, a thoughtful gesture that reflected the company’s appreciation for their hard work and commitment.
Adding to the evening’s energy and star power were musical performances by iconic OPM rock band SpongeCola and renowned DJ Marc Marasigan, making it a night that was truly unforgettable for all.
A powerful reinforcement
“The Regalia Sales Excellence Awards were more than just a ceremony; they were a powerful reinforcement of our commitment to excellence,” said Ehryq Young, head of Sales of RHK Land.

Gracing the event too was Robinsons Land and RHK Land president and CEO Mybelle V. Aragon-GoBio, who was recently named one of Forbes’s Asia Power Businesswomen of 2025.
