Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) has emerged as the most awarded Philippine developer in this year’s PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards, one of the region’s most prestigious platforms for recognizing excellence in real estate.

The Gokongwei-led property developer bagged a total of seven major accolades, which strengthened anew Robinsons Land’s position in the local and regional landscapes.

In particular, Robinsons Land was named Best Luxury Developer (Asia) while its hospitality group, Robinsons Hotels & Resorts garnered the distinction of being the Best Hospitality Developer (Asia). Other distinctions it garnered from the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards include Best Landmark Design (Asia) for The Victor at Bridgetowne; Best Lifestyle Retail Development Asia for The Mall

Setting benchmarks

Robinsons Land’s recognitions, spanning residential, retail, hospitality, and workspace projects, indeed showcase the diversity and capabilities of a real estate firm that has long been helping set benchmarks for integrated developments in the country.

At the same time, however, these achievements serve as a powerful statement for the entire Philippine real estate sector. In a region dominated by industry giants from Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, and China, Philippine developers today are gaining traction, credibility and visibility across Asia Pacific. Local players like Robinsons Land can very well compete at the same level as its regional peers, backed by projects whose quality are at par with international standards.

Essentially, these wins strengthen the Philippines’ position in the regional real estate landscape, reflecting the growing competitiveness and sophistication of local players.

More importantly, the results of the latest edition of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards reinforce investor confidence in the ability of Philippine firms to deliver commercially robust, investment-ready assets that meet regional expectations.

No doubt, Philippine developers are now stepping confidently onto the Asian stage, ready to compete at scale and secure a stronger share of opportunities in the region.

A triumph of design and vision

The Victor at Bridgetowne

One of Robinsons Land’s most notable distinctions is for The Victor, a 60-meter installation at the Bridgetowne Destination Estate in Pasig City.

RLC has emerged as the most awarded Philippine developer in this year’s PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards.

Honored as the Best Landmark Design (Asia), The Victor serves as a powerful symbol of Filipino identity—resilient, creative, and forward-looking. Built in collaboration with renowned Fil-Am artist Jefre Manuel-Figueras, The Victor is said to be a tribute to the indomitable spirit of the Filipino people, and was inspired in part by the life story of John Gokongwei Jr., the late founder of the Gokongwei Group.

Beyond its artistic merit, the installation reflects the company’s ability to build spaces where people can live, work, play and be inspired. At the same time, it is seen to help instill a stronger sense of community while integrating cultural identity into urban development.
