Royale Homes’ sales force takes center stage at its 31st Annual Awards
Royale Homes Marketing Corp. (RHMC), one of Sta. Lucia Land Inc.’s exclusive marketing arms, honored its network of sales leaders, partners, and associates, showcasing thousands of its salesforce and awarding the crème de la crème for their outstanding performance in the past year.
Held last month, the 31st Annual Awards was marked by strong camaraderie among members of the Royale Homes family. The event was attended by the company’s top executives, led by RHMC president Matilde P. Robles, together with RHMC EVP for Finance and Administration Ma. Melinda A. Bernardino, and EVP for Sales, Marketing, and Training Ma. Carmina A. Sotto.
Also in attendance were RHMC VP for Sales and Network Expansion Joanna P. Robles-Tolentino, RHMC VP for Finance and Business Development Marvin A. Bernardino and VP for Brokerage Operations Erica Sotto-Davis.
Sta. Lucia Land president and CEO Exequiel D. Robles graced the event as well, demonstrating his support for the company and its people.
As the main highlight of the event, Royale Homes gave several awards that recognized the excellence of its sales force in different areas of focus.
The prestigious awards, led by the Royale Achiever’s Award, were followed by special awards, top sales team associates, partners and leaders, top salesforce per subdivision, top recruitment and activation performers, and active service recognitions—honoring excellence across all levels of the organization.
One of the night’s biggest winners is Cresenciana Dalangin, who received three top accolades: Total Sales Management Award, Sales Excellence Award, and Service Excellence Award for 2025. She is also the recipient of the Royale Achiever’s Award.
The Kamagong Sales Team, led by Dalangin, was honored with the prestigious Hall of Fame Award, marking a historic first for the awards program and setting a new benchmark for excellence.
