As an initial offering, the group’s existing Susana Heights Village is introducing build-ready residential lots ranging from 500 sqm to 900 sqm, complemented with new amenities and infrastructure enhancements within the mixed-use estate.

As its exclusive project marketing arm, Signature Series strategically positions this 104-ha village as the prime gateway to the much larger Susana Heights estate.

On top of this, however, Signature Series will also be unveiling its own flagship residential community, which will feature more expansive residential lots ranging from 700 sqm to 1,100 sqm, translating to only 6.5 lots per hectare. This ensures privacy, space, and a suburban vibe amid a modern, sophisticated setting.

Prioritizing livability

This emphasis on space ensures that this up and coming estate will prioritize livability, using open areas, integrated amenities, and careful site planning.
