SM Offices’ landmark developments won big at the Dot Property Philippines Awards 2024.

SM Mega Tower secured the coveted title of Best Office Development while ThreeE-com Center was honored as Best LEED Development.

SM Mega Tower, the LEED Gold Certified 50-story skyscraper located in the heart of the Ortigas central business district, has rapidly emerged as a premier choice for multinational firms seeking a strategic and sustainable headquarters.

“This development is a testament to our shared vision of pioneering ecosystems that are functional and conducive to the modern demands of convenience and collaboration with a human-centric approach to workplace design,” said Alexis L. Ortiga, vice president for Commercial Properties Group and head of SM Offices.

Designed by architectural firm Arquitectonica, SM Mega Tower is distinguished by its S-shaped structure and expansive 360-degree views. It offers flexible office spaces, innovative amenities, and seamless integration of technology, setting a new standard for office environments in the Philippines.

SM Mega Tower won Best Office Development at the Dot Property Philippines Awards 2024. Receiving the award were (from left) Arquitectonica director David A. Hsu; SMEDD Regional Design manager of New Development Team Ronald C. Timbol; SM Offices Technical Services head Joseph Luke Varona; and media executive Lucien Dy Tioco.

The tower’s LEED Gold certification highlights its commitment to environmental stewardship.

Equally notable is the 15-story twin tower ThreeE-com Center, the first LEED Gold Certified office building in the SM Mall of Asia Complex.

“ThreeE-com Center reflects our dedication to create spaces where businesses can thrive while embracing sustainability and innovation,” Ortiga said.
