SMDC Symphony Homes brings a new beat to suburban living
SM Development Corp.’s (SMDC) Symphony Homes won two awards at the concluding ceremonies of the 13th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards.
Symphony Homes, the newly launched house-and-lot line of leading residential developer SMDC, won Best Housing Development (Luzon) for Sunnyhomes and Best Affordable Economic Housing Development for Sunnyvale 1.
Tailored choices
Symphony Homes is one of the three new residential segments launched by SMDC, meant to offer more tailored, intentional choices for the Filipino homeowner.
The other two are SMDC Heights and SMDC Nature handle urban high-rise developments and mid-rise, low-density communities, respectively. Symphony Homes specializes in the segment of suburban homes.
Sunnyvale 1
Sunnyvale 1, which is part of the Symphony Homes portfolio, is a charming retreat in Concepcion, Tarlac, where residents will find refreshment amid the calming sights and sounds of nature.
They can best enjoy those experiences with amenities such as the parks and jog path. The list of amenities also includes a clubhouse, multipurpose covered court and basketball court.
This suburban neighborhood is situated near a prime road, MacArthur Highway. It has a terminal hub, which makes it even more convenient to get to places like SM City Tarlac and Robinsons Mall. Security is an assurance through a gate and guardhouse.
Sunnyhomes
Sunnyhomes offers the same high quality homes and family-friendly experiences in Padre Garcia, Batangas.
Once more, Symphony Homes builds to help residents enjoy nature in all its glory. Similar to Sunnyvale 1, the place has a jog path and parks where people can interact with the environment. There are even gazebos, if they just wish to hang out.

The rest of the SM companies and their projects also won big at the 13th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards, a highly regarded recognition in the property sector that honors developers, projects and industry leaders.
SM Estates won Best Township Development with SM Mall of Asia Complex. SM Prime took home Best Nature Integrated Development and Best Condo Development (Luzon) with Trealva at Midlands West by Highlands Prime Inc. and Pico Terraces by Costa del Hamilo Inc.
On top of that, Jessica Bianca T. Sy, VP and head for Design, Innovation and Strategy at SM Prime and SMDC was honored as this year’s “Rising Star”, following her assumption of a more senior leadership role at the SM Group. Last year, Sy was also part of the PropertyGuru Power Women of 2024.
