Sta. Lucia Land backs community safety with lot donation for new police station

Leading real estate developer Sta. Lucia Land Inc. and its exclusive marketing arm, 1 Premiere Land Marketing Co., donated a lot in Santa Monica Lake Residences to the local government of Manaoag in Pangasinan.
On that lot will rise a three-story police station, set to improve public safety and security not only for the residents of Santa Monica Lake Residences but also for the rest of the town.

Meaningful journey
The initiative was marked with a signing ceremony for the Deed of Donation, which formally transfers ownership and control of the lot to the local government of Manaoag. A groundbreaking for the new police station followed the signing rites.
“We look forward to continuing this meaningful journey—building together, growing together, and succeeding together,” said 1 Premiere vice president Ellen Dimaculangan. “We don’t just build dreams. We bring premier communities. We bring your future.”
She added that the donation highlighted Sta. Lucia’s continuing pursuit of real estate excellence and nation-building.
Joining Dimaculangan were Sta. Lucia Land president Exequiel Robles, 1 Premiere president Augustine Cayabyab Jr., Manaoag Mayor Jeremy Agerico B. Rosario, Vice Mayor Domy Ching, and Jose De Venecia III of Hind Sugar Company Inc., Sta. Lucia’s partner in the development.
During the ceremony, Rosario expressed his appreciation for the donation, emphasizing the significant impact of Sta. Lucia and other stakeholders in the private sector in supporting the causes of the government and aspirations of the communities.
Also gracing both events were officers of the Philippine National Police, PMAJ Peter Paul Sison and PCOL Alex Fulgar, representing PCOL Ricardo David.

First lake community
Santa Monica Lake Residences is the first lake community in Manaoag. It is also the company’s seventh property in Pangasinan, and Sta. Lucia’s latest flagship project in North Luzon.
It is an exciting addition to Sta. Lucia’s 300-plus developments across 12,000 ha of land in 15 provinces. It once more showcases its expertise in themed residences while adapting to the heritage and vibe of Manaoag, a bucolic paradise touted as the Pilgrimage Center of the North.
Santa Monica Lake Residences is curated to offer a laidback, nature-bound lifestyle through a Spanish-Mediterranean aesthetic and stunning amenities, foremost of which is the manmade lake, complete with a lighthouse and a grand clubhouse with a swimming pool and open spaces.
The project is also situated in a location primed for economic growth and capital appreciation.
The police headquarters only reinforces what has already become a guarantee for Sta. Lucia developments: superb onsite development that ensures, among others, comfort, exclusivity, safety and security.
