Sta. Lucia Land opens first GenSan sales office, boosts Mindanao presence

The office, located on the second floor of SM City General Santos, was formally inaugurated on June 14 with a blessing and ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Sta. The event featured messages from key executives, a traditional band performance, and a gathering of local sales partners.

Lucia Land said the new branch will make property services more accessible to residents and investors in the region, providing assistance with project inquiries, payment terms, and property tours. The office is expected to strengthen the company’s reach in the south, helping more Filipino families invest in quality real estate developments.
“This new sales hub allows us to better serve our clients in SOCCSKSARGEN. It’s a strategic step as we continue expanding in growth areas across the country,” Tuason-Magpoc explained.
