As an initial offering, the group’s existing Susana Heights Village is introducing build-ready residential lots ranging from 500 sqm to 900 sqm, complemented with new amenities and infrastructure enhancements within the mixed-use estate. As its exclusive project marketing arm, Signature Series strategically positions this 104-ha village as the prime gateway to the much larger Susana Heights estate.
