Masterplanned from the ground up, the upcoming community will feature larger residential lots ranging from 700 to 1,100 sqm at approximately 6.5 lots per hectare, complemented by a 5-km greenway loop and country-club-inspired amenities designed to elevate the estate’s lifestyle offering.
