The wonders of Taiwan for RHMC’s sales achievers

Don’t mind the lingering smiles on the faces of the elite members of Royale Homes Marketing Corp.’s (RHMC) sales force. They’re reminiscing about a recent trip to Taiwan.

The group visited the popular East Asian island from April 18 to 20 as an incentive for a job well done at RHMC, the pioneer marketing arm of leading developer Sta. Lucia Land Inc. More specifically, the out-of-the-country trip was awarded to the Top Sales Producers of 2023.

The RHMC team had a grand time exploring the different historical sites of Taiwan

In “Waves of Wonder: Taiwan,” they were treated to a tour through the island, once named by Portuguese explorers as “Ilha Formosa” (“beautiful island” in English) because of its stunning landscapes.

The winners, including four sales team leaders and eight sales team partners, belonged to a bigger contingent led by Sta. Lucia Land Inc. president and CEO Exequiel Robles, and RHMC executives. They went to places popularly visited by tourists with help from travel agency Express Miles Travel and Tours.

They saw exactly why the island was called “Ilha Formosa,” and rode waves of wonder as they toured the colorful streets, historic temples, and busy night markets, among others. While the ancient landscapes that defined Taiwan for the explorers remain, there’s already so much more built on and emanating from the now-progressive island.

Taiwan is known for various religious sites and cultural festivals, as well as its global leadership in semiconductors and electronics (so it wouldn’t be a surprise if the RHMC folk saw kababayan around Taiwan).

The RHMC contingent enjoyed the renowned and ubiquitous Taiwanese cuisine. They perhaps scarfed down stinky tofu and oyster omelets with a big cup of boba tea in hand. After all, the island is known as a street-food capital.

The group would have immediately noticed Taipei 101, an imposing building that once was the tallest skyscraper in the world. Over their three-day stay, they would have noticed that Taiwan was also among the most vibrant democracies in Asia.

Those among the RHMC salesforce who took part in the trip would have been well-equipped for that once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, having known they qualified for the Royale Elite Travel Incentive since February. The qualifiers were announced during the 29th Annual Awards, which recognized loyal service to RHMC together with the most outstanding individuals among the salesforce for 2023.

That gathering and the Taiwan trip both belong to the 29th anniversary celebration of RHMC under the theme, “Tunay na tagumpay para sa mga kampeon ng buhay!” (Genuine success for champions in life!)

As the sales force counts down to the company’s 30th anniversary on Sept. 8 this year, those big, lingering smiles from the elite members—and those memories shared through stories and social media—now motivate everyone to achieve the Royale Elite Travel Incentive when the next annual awards come around.

Where that group will go is a mystery that now excites the entire RHMC sales force.
