Torre Lorenzo accelerates growth, sets expansion plans for 2026

Torre Lorenzo Development Corp. (TLDC) closed 2025 as another milestone year, strengthening its position as a premium developer through innovation and strategic expansion.

Building on its legacy of premium residences and hospitality destinations, TLDC marked the year with project launches, construction milestones, and stronger partnerships. These developments reflect the company’s continued commitment to delivering elevated lifestyles and long-term value for residents, guests, and host communities.

Advancing on schedule

In 2025, TLDC advanced several flagship projects across its portfolio.

The luxury residence Gallery at Torre Lorenzo Loyola and the student residence West Tower in Quezon City both moved into full construction following its first concrete pouring.

A culture that puts people first

TLDC earned multiple accolades in 2025, reflecting its focus on excellence, partnerships, and sustainability.

At the 13th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards, the company was highly commended as Best Boutique Developer and received major honors for its projects. These include Best Integrated Work from Home Development for The Suites at Torre Lorenzo Malate; Best Wellness Residential Development for Tierra Lorenzo Lipa – Merano Tower; and Best Hotel Interior Design for Dusit Princess Lipa City.

Torre Lorenzo was also recognized by HR Asia as one of the Best Companies to Work For in Asia and one of the Most Caring Companies in Asia for the fourth consecutive year.

Further strengthening its industry standing, TLDC was named among the Top 10 Developers in the Philippines at the Hubexo Asia Awards Philippines 2025.

Construction continues for Crown Residences and Crest Suites, with an estimated turnover by 2030 to complete the Tierra Davao development.

Commitment to communities

Torre Lorenzo continued its nation-building efforts through wide-ranging corporate social responsibility initiatives.

These include the turnover of its third P1 million scholarship tranche to the Armed Forces of the Philippines–Educational Benefit System Office (AFP-EBSO).

Across Davao and nearby provinces, the company supported education, health, livelihood, environmental protection, and disaster response through programs such as Brigada Eskwela, medical and relief drives, women’s skills training, street lighting improvements, tree-planting and clean-up activities, and donations to child development centers. These efforts culminated in year-end environmental and community activities in Mabini, Davao de Oro.

Looking ahead to 2026

As it enters 2026, Torre Lorenzo is preparing for another year of growth.

Merano Tower at Tierra Lipa is set for turnover by the first quarter of 2026, while Dusit Princess Lipa is expected to open, introducing a new hospitality destination in the city.

Construction, meanwhile, continues for Crown Residences and Crest Suites, with an estimated turnover by 2030 to complete the Tierra Davao development.

TLDC is expanding as well to new locations, with planned developments in Pampanga and a fifth premium student residence in Malate, continuing the company’s long-standing presence in the area that began with 1Torre Lorenzo along Taft Avenue 26 years ago.
