Part of Lipa’s growth story
“Every time I come to Lipa, there seems to be a new hospital, school, church, or mall. All of these developments are helping put Lipa at the center of the Southern Tagalog story. We saw the potential of Lipa and how the city would continue to grow, and we knew we had to be part of that story,” said TLDC chairman and president Tomas P. Lorenzo.
“Tierra Lipa was one of our projects that we started during the pandemic, and seeing Merano Tower completed today is a testament to the perseverance of everyone involved. We have overcome many hurdles along the way, and we look forward to carrying this momentum forward as we continue to pursue new projects,” Lorenzo added.
As Tierra Lipa grows, its mix of residential, hospitality and lifestyle offerings is helping build a more connected community in Lipa City.
