Unlocking first world living with PH1WD’s latest innovations
PH1 World Developers (PH1WD) made bold statements on Wednesday with the launch of its latest innovation and three groundbreaking projects that would solidify anew its position as a true game-changing disruptor in Philippine real estate.
The real estate arm of Megawide Construction Corp. unveiled One Lancaster Park in Imus, Cavite; Southscapes Trece Martires, Cavite; and Lykke Kondo in Pasig City—each introducing innovations that bring “first-world living” closer to more Filipinos. Beyond offering additional spaces, better fixtures and finishes, and bigger savings, these free features are also aimed at enhancing lifestyles and delivering long term value for its owners.
“At PH1 World Developers, we transform spaces into something extraordinary through innovation and technology that ensure the highest quality and value for money. So why settle for ordinary? With PH1 World Developers, we can make extraordinary first world living possible,” said PH1WD president Gigi G. Alcantara in her speech.
Game-changing communities
PH1WD introduced One Lancaster Park, its flagship residential condominium in Lancaster New City. This vertical community, which redefines value and convenience for its market, offers units with a free upsize feature—providing up to 17 sqm of additional space at no extra cost. For buyers, this translates to larger living spaces and savings of up to P2 million.
Units are competitively priced as well, starting at P134,000 per sqm, making condo living in a thriving and highly accessible location more attainable.
The 5-ha Southscapes Trece Martires, which was also unveiled Wednesday night, lays down an impressive, unprecedented proposition that is likely a first for the Philippine real estate industry.
All homes in this rising community will be equipped with energy-efficient innovations designed to reduce costs while enhancing comfort. With Solar Save, solar panels are strategically integrated into the development, reducing energy consumption and delivering monthly savings of up to P4,500 per household. Another innovation is Resi-Shade, an advanced window technology that keeps homes cooler, reducing reliance on air conditioning. The TropiCool Insulated Walls are meanwhile engineered to stabilize indoor temperatures, ensuring year-round comfort.
This neighborhood will also use solar powered street lamps that can generate savings, and will offer free shuttle rides to key areas within Trece Martires. Based on all these innovations and offerings, PH1WD said it expects to generate some P80,000 in annual savings to the benefit of both the community and the residents.
Extra space, superior finish
Meanwhile, the three-tower Lykke Kondo in Pasig City marries two innovations that will save its buyers up to P4 million on premium inclusions.
Offering one-, two- and three-bedroom cuts, Lykke Kondo presents PH1WD’s pioneering “Extra Space at No Extra Cost” and “All-Out Fit-Out for Free” (AF3). Each unit will feature the AddLoft technology, adding up to 40 percent more space—essentially offering a two-bedroom unit at the price of a one-bedroom.
The AF3, which was also launched at the event, provides superior finishes and fixtures to ensure a “first world living experience”. Every unit comes fully fitted with high-quality finishes and smart technology, including digital door locks, smart lighting, and well-designed kitchens and bathrooms for a complete and modern living experience.
“You come home to biometric sensors and key card access for unmatched security. You step inside to textured wallpaper and vinyl flooring—that’s style and durability combined. We are also introducing double glazed windows, which improve thermal insulation and reduce the amount of external noise. You don’t have to deal with lingering odors because of the dual fan range hood…When it comes to bath time, you have your luxurious bathroom with a backlit vanity mirror, a floating toilet, and a rain shower system,” Alcantara explained.
“These are not just add ons. These are all-out fit outs designed to give you the lifestyle you aspire (for). And you know what’s the best part? They are completely free,” she added.
Addressing the housing backlog
As it celebrates a decade of extraordinary property development, PH1WD also announced that it will be bringing its pioneering innovations to the low-cost segment—with the first such project eyed to be launched in the second half of this year.
“In line with our vision to provide every Filipino with first-world living experience, PH1 World (Developers) is bringing its innovation to the low cost segment, backed by Megawide’s strong and solid foundation. We are going to help the country address the real backlog at the low cost segment with the disruptions that you watch out from PH1 World Developers,” Alcantara said.
