PH1WD’s disruptions have been legitimized by various awards. It won titles in 2021 (PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards), 2022 (Brand Asia Awards) and 2023 (BCI Asia Awards Philippines, Dot Property Philippines Awards, The Outlook: Philippine Real Estate Awards).

Thoughtful designs
These awards are well deserved as PH1WD’s developments are all masterfully built and thoughtfully designed.
The lofts in the vertical developments are award-winning because they provide up to 40 percent more space at no extra cost. Range hoods at PH1WD units effectively remove cooking odors because of a ducted exhaust system. They also feature multi-point heaters and split-type air conditioning.
“While we have typical condo amenities, the real highlight of our development is inside the units, where the company’s vision aligns—from our chairman, Edgar Saavedra, to our partner architects, designers, and the rest of the management team,” Alcantara said. “It’s this spotlight on the unit (much more than the amenities) that many people can relate to.”
Very soon, PH1WD will unveil showrooms that immerse prospective buyers in the benefits of buying their units.
