Soft opening

On December 17, ahead of the official grand opening, a soft opening was held with SBMA Chairman Eduardo Jose L. Aliño, SBMA directors and administrators, and Wilcon Depot chairman emeritus Dr. William Belo. The event marked the official launch of the country’s first ever Wilcon Premier Outlet Depot.

Guests were given an exclusive tour of the store, showcasing premium selections of tiles, sanitarywares, construction materials, plumbing solutions, living room furniture, tools, appliances, and more—perfect for upcoming home-building projects within SBMA.

The celebration featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony, a photo opportunity, a shared meal, and exciting discussions about the future of the newest Wilcon branch.

Building on the momentum of the soft opening, the official grand opening of the Wilcon Premier Outlet Depot was held two days later. Meaningful connection

In her remarks, Bosch-Ong shared that Wilcon resonates with the city and aims to create a meaningful connection for the community.

“We are here to provide the foundation and the finishing touch for your dreams. We bring you products that are as dependable and resilient as the people of this community,” Bosch-Ong said.

In addition, Belo-Cincochan recognized the common difficulties in property development, and overcoming such hurdles becomes a goal.

“We know that building, renovating, or even just tackling a repair can feel overwhelming. It’s a journey full of decisions. That’s why we exist. Wilcon Depot is here to be your genuine, trusted partner,” Belo-Cincochan said.

Wilcon’s direction is clear and determined with its new settlement in SBMA. With the site’s flourishing infrastructure and thriving tourist sites, the company recognizes that a depot offering a wide array of high-grade, high-quality products is a top priority for maintaining the prospering economy.

Surrounding municipalities, businesses, and homes can find diverse home improvements and have the items delivered and installed without the need for extended travel. In this way, Wilcon also promotes sustainability by reducing travel time and minimizing transportation expenses.
