All these will be strategically situated in an 8.7-hectare complex located within the much bigger Global South township, which spans over 100 ha.

A central feature of this entertainment complex is the 18,300-sqm state-of-the-art casino, designed to offer both casual players and high rollers a thrilling gaming experience like no other. Adding to the excitement are the exclusive membership privileges and rewards, weekly and quarterly raffle draws, celebrity shows, as well as regular live performances at the casino.

Phased developments
To ensure a more seamless build-out, Vertex Entertainment has structured its developments in stages. Each phase will unveil new attractions and amenities, aimed at enhancing the overall experience for guests over time.
The first phase will transform the former Vista Mall into a casino and a new hotel, complementing the existing Mella Hotel, which features 70 spacious rooms. It will also see the reintroduction of the convention center, formerly called The Tent. Vertex Entertainment targets to complete the first phase of development by 2025.
The succeeding phases will meanwhile see the construction of more hotels, facilities, shops, and attractions providing a holistic blend of leisure, entertainment, and shopping.
