7 Brand New Cars for 7 Lucky AAP Members Update

Seven cars given away in the span of four years as the Automobile Association Philippines’ grand raffle prizes – who is the latest lucky member to win?

At the second leg of AAP’s 93rd Anniversary Grand Raffle held last December 5, it was Erika Mae Aguba.

The raffle draw, which was streamed live at noon on AAP’s Facebook page, drew audiences as far away as Tuguegarao City. AAP members watched as the numbers slowly dropped, revealing the winning coupon number.

With the winning coupon number 0-0-3-8-9-8-3, Aguba became the club’s seventh lucky grand prize winner and took home a brand-new AAP Limited Edition Toyota Yaris Cross HEV (hybrid electric vehicle).

Aguba is the second grand prize winner coming from the AAP Lipa Branch. Last year, AAP member Ronaldo San Pablo of Lipa won a brand new Honda Civic RS Turbo.

“First of all, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to AAP for this incredible blessing and early Christmas gift.,” Aguba said at the turnover ceremony. “I could hardly believe that I won the grand prize until I saw and physically touched the car. A huge thank you to AAP and AAP Insurance for this amazing opportunity – now I can finally drive home in my very own car!”

AAP member Manuel Andrada (at left), winner of the iPad Pro 12.9” M2, received his prize from AAP Membership Manager Sheng Deguangco (center), and Head of Membership Melvin Pingal. The iPad Pro was one of four major prizes raffled off together with the grand prize.

Aside from the grand raffle prize, major prizes were given to four lucky members as follows:

Joan Sazarba – MacBook Air 15” M2
Hermilando Padilla – 1-year premium car insurance worth Php 50,000
Michael John Germo – 3-days-2-nights trip to El Nido, Palawan package for two
Manuel Andrada – iPad Pro 12.9” M2

AAP invited the winners to its Partners’ Appreciation event on December 8 at the Celebrity Sports Plaza in Quezon City, where the prizes were formally awarded.
