Divine Grace Medical Center Opens First Cancer Center in General Trias
Divine Grace Medical Center has officially opened the first Cancer Center in General Trias, expanding access to essential cancer care services for patients in Cavite and nearby communities.
The new facility is equipped with advanced radiation therapy technology, including the Varian VitalBeam system, enabling 3D-Conformal Radiation Therapy (3D-CRT) and Intensity-Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT). It also offers a full range of supportive services such as chemotherapy and infusion, nutritional counseling, psychological support, and patient education—ensuring a more coordinated and patient-centered approach to cancer care.
“For many families, cancer treatment often meant traveling far from home,” said Dr. Leonard Lao, President of Divine Grace Medical Center. “With this new Cancer Center, patients can now access quality care closer to their community, with the support of their loved ones.”
