Flaky Co., a young bakery/café concept that’s becoming known for buttery croissants, honors French authenticity while infusing modern flavors.
Conceptualized by young entrepreneurs and helmed in the kitchen by a Philippine-based French chef, Manu Piret, Flaky Co., uses its own special blend of local and imported French ingredients to achieve that authentic taste while staying affordable.
Flaky Co.’s freshly baked croissants (from P89) and deluxe savory sandwiches (from P169, Roasted Chicken, Ham and Cheese, Four Cheese, etc.) and sweet rolls (Pain au Chocolat, Cranberry and Cheese, Mango with Cream Cheese, Crookie, Cinnamon Dulce de Leche) are available from three locations: Grab Kitchen Makati, SM North Edsa and SM Megamall, and for delivery via Grab Food, Foodpanda and BeepIt.
