Malacañang names newest appointees
President Marcos has designated Victor Alfonso Limlingan, a financial executive and businessman, as an acting member of the Social Security Commission (SSC).
In posts on its Facebook and Instagram accounts on Tuesday, the Presidential Communications Office said Limlingan would represent the employers’ group in the SSC under the Department of Finance. The SSC manages the Social Security System.
Limlingan is the managing director of Regina Capital, a leading brokerage that oversees TRESDAQ, a licensed alternative trading system.
The Palace also formally announced the designation of Associate Justice Fernanda Peralta as the new Court of Appeals presiding justice.
The wife of retired Chief Justice Diosdado Peralta, she has been the appellate court’s acting presiding justice since last year.
