Holiday dining, carols, and a Christmas parade
City of Dreams Manila has been transformed into a golden Yuletide wonderland, where everyone can celebrate a “Christmas of Dreams.” Handmade parol light up The Shops at the Boulevard. Nüwa Manila, Nobu Hotel, and Hyatt Regency Manila have dazzling Christmas trees.
Crystal Dragon offers a five-course set menu—Deep-fried Fluffy Abalone, Rich Lobster Bisque, Wok-fried Wagyu Beef, Creamy Braised Green Lobster, and Baked Alaska Flambé—available for lunch and dinner from Dec. 16 to Jan. 1, 2025. The menu is offered for P6,000++ per person for a minimum order for two persons.
At Nobu Manila, enjoy a five-course dinner tasting menu on Dec. 24 and Dec. 25. At P6,653.57 net per person, the menu includes a complimentary chef’s choice of appetizer, a sampler of Nobu Sashimi, a seasonal selection of assorted sushi, chawanmushi with rock shrimp and truffle, lobster with truffle yuzu dressing, braised Wagyu short ribs, and chestnut brûlée with chocolate sorbet.
There’s also the Holiday Sunday Brunch on Dec. 22 for P4,388 net per person where guests can enjoy a buffet of popular Nobu-style dishes and an a la carte menu that includes the Nobu Signature Sashimi Trio of Tuna Matsuhisa, Yellowtail Jalapeño and Salmon Karashi Su Miso, and more. The featured carving of the day–the Roasted Whole US Prime Ribeye and Crispy Pata (pork leg)—will be complemented by tuna sashimi, oysters, blue crabs, shrimp, and green mussels, different choices of kushiyaki (skewers), and a dessert station.
Haliya invites diners for a Filipino noche buena on Dec. 24 for dinner and lunch on Dec. 25.
Hyatt Regency Manila will have a curated Christmas buffet featuring local and international cuisine available for lunch and dinner on Dec. 24 and Dec. 25.
The lunch and dinner buffet are priced at P3,799 net and inclusive of free-flowing drinks including local draft beer and red and white house wines. Children ages 6 to 12 are entitled to a 50-percent discount.
Until the end of December, find holiday-themed confections at Café Society. Choirs will serenade guests every weekend from 3 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. while DreamPlay holds an all-star holiday parade of well-loved characters from DreamWorks Animations at 5 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday of December, plus Christmas Day and New Year’s Day at The Shops at the Boulevard. There will also be a Christmas bazaar at The Shops at the Boulevard until Jan. 2, 2025.
