Rivers and waterways will rise during heavy rain and storm . But they have the natural flood plains. Keep them in their natural form and you won’t have problem, or if you do interfere, plan and design very carefully your flood protection measures.
No Lies
No mercy for the corrupt until … I’m keeping my fingers crossed. Until I see a senator or a congressman jailed for the flood control scam, I would not say justice is served. Otherwise, the government is again merciful to its fellow politicians.
