BIZ BUZZ: Mitsubishi PH takes the lead

Bucking a downtrend in the auto industry, things are looking rosy for Mitsubishi in the Philippines—at least from the global perspective. Mitsubishi’s local dealership network has delivered a performance beyond expectations in the fiscal year that enabled Mitsubishi PH to dislodge traditional powerhouse Thailand as the No. 1 subsidiary in sales volume globally.

The happy news was announced during the launch of the Mitsubishi Destinator, the new seven-seater family SUV of the country’s second-leading auto brand behind Toyota at the Aseana City concert grounds.

And MMC knows how to return the favor to its top-performing network with a special incentive that made everybody who contributed to this achievement very happy.

MMC recently gave the green light to MMPC to send 60 dealer principals or their company representatives on a holiday in Switzerland, while their bank partners were sent to enjoy a vacation in Korea.
