HYUNDAI MOBILITY EXPERIENCE
Hyundai Motor Philippines Inc. (HMPH) will open the fourth year of its Hyundai Mobility Experience (HME) on Thursday in Quezon City.
The South Korean automaker announced that it will showcase its diverse automotive lineup on Feb. 5 to 8, 2026 at the TriNoma Activity Center. This includes the recently updated Stargazer X multi-purpose vehicle (MPV), along with the Creta N Line and Venue crossovers.
HMPH will also display its electrified crossovers, namely the Kona Hybrid, Tucson Hybrid and Santa Fe Hybrid. The brand’s managing director, Cecil Capacete, said the HME reflects Hyundai’s commitment to bring the brand closer to customers.
“We at Hyundai are proud to bring the Hyundai Mobility Experience to the northside for our first run this year,” he said.
“As we continue to expand our lineup and introduce new mobility solutions, we remain focused on giving Filipinos more opportunities to experience our technology, design, and innovations firsthand,” Capacete added. “We always work in pursuit of enriching the lives of our customers, with a Hyundai to join every journey.”

HMPH said event-exclusive offers include up to P30,000 in discounts on reservations for the Creta and Stargazer, along with fuel vouchers worth up to P20,000 on all models reserved through Hyundai Finance partner banks (BPI, RCBC and EastWest).
In addition, guests who register at the HME display will receive a free refreshment at the Hyundai Café, while those who make an onsite reservation will take home a complimentary Hyundai golf umbrella.
Potential best-sellersAs before, the Stargazer and Stargazer X MPVs are expected to be one of the brand’s strongest-selling models in 2026.
Designed to take on the likes of the Honda BR-V and Toyota Avanza/Veloz, this duo offers a versatile cabin with comfortable seating for seven and generous ground clearance. Happily, you still get car-like driving dynamics, thanks to its 1.5-liter inline-4 gasoline engine and Intelligent Variable Transmission.
The lineup starts at P1,118,000 for the Stargazer GL Plus and goes up to P1,228,000 for the Stargazer GLS. Meanwhile, the more rugged Stargazer X kicks off at P1,318,000 for the GLS Plus and tops off at P1,378,000 for the Premium.
Electrifying lineupHMPH is also expected to have a strong head start against Japanese rivals like Honda Cars and Toyota, especially with the launch of multiple hybrid-electric vehicles (HEV) last year.

The Hyundai Elantra HEV came first at the 2025 Manila International Auto Show, available in GLS and Premium variants. It is powered by a 1.6-liter, twin-cam, 16-valve inline-4 gasoline engine mated to an electric motor for a combined output of 139 horsepower and 264 Newton-meters of torque, which are coursed through a 6-speed dual-clutch transmission.
Meanwhile, the Hyundai Kona HEV was launched to much fanfare with the help of heartthrob actor and Hyundai Brand Ambassador Piolo Pascual. This electrified crossover gets the same powerplant as the Elantra HEV and is priced to take on the Toyota Yaris Cross HEV and the Honda HR-V e:HEV.
The 2026 HME comes after HMPH achieved respectable sales last year amid a general downturn for the local car industry and Philippine economy. The South Korean carmaker sold 10,475 units in 2025, which is nearly 13 percent down from 2024.
Despite this, HMPH is still among the country’s top 10 best-selling brands, according to the Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines Inc.
