Cavite hosts Uniqlo’s largest logistics facility in Southeast Asia
MANILA, Philippines—Federal Land NRE Global Inc. (FNG) and Fast Retailing Philippines Inc. inaugurated the Uniqlo logistics facility in Riverpark North, Cavite, on Friday.
The stock depot is positioned as the clothing brand’s largest hub in Southeast Asia.
The facility is intended to raise logistics standards in the country while supporting Uniqlo’s growth operations.
Located in General Trias, the hub sits within Riverpark North. It is a 6.9-hectare mixed-use district envisioned as a key commercial node in the broader township.
FNG described the project as a “human-centric” logistics facility. The firm highlights the depot’s role as both an operational hub and an employment center.
The launch underscores continued investment in logistics infrastructure. This is a segment seen as critical to improving supply chain efficiency and supporting retail expansion.
FNG is a joint venture between the Ty family-led Federal Land Inc. and GT Capital Holdings Inc. and Japan-based Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.
The company earlier said it sustained momentum in 2025 after fully selling out the first phase of commercial lots in Riverpark North. It is a key district within the Riverpark township.
In parallel, FNG and Fast Retailing Philippines pushed ahead with the development of the Uniqlo logistics facility, positioning it as a major component of the estate.
The project is expected to support both operational efficiency and job creation as demand for integrated logistics solutions continues to rise.
Federal Land reported a net income of P522.3 million for the full year 2025, with its joint ventures continuing to provide steady contributions.
Key projects in Bonifacio Global City sustained their momentum and are on track for completion by early 2027.
