Arthaland raises Sondris prices by 5%

Arthaland Corp. has raised prices for units at its upcoming Makati residential project Sondris by 5 percent, citing higher costs as the property developer prepares to break ground on the P12-billion development this month.

The increase, which took effect in March, applies across all unit types at the 2,018-square-meter condominium project. This is according to Pamela Go, Arthaland’s head of marketing group.

Go said the 5-percent increase applies across the board. She noted that Sondris was formally launched in January.

The price adjustment comes as developers continue to grapple with elevated construction and development costs, although Arthaland remained confident about demand for the project.

Located along Arnaiz Avenue in Makati City, Sondris is a joint venture between Arthaland and Mitsui Fudosan (Asia), one of Japan’s largest real estate developers.

The project carries a total sales value of P12 billion and will feature 252 residential units.

Groundbreaking is scheduled for June 17, while the project showroom is set to open on June 30.

Arthaland said Sondris was designed to capture demand from buyers seeking a different side of Makati, particularly the area’s cultural and lifestyle offerings.

“Sondris is our testament to what the south of Makati has to offer,” Go said.
