Avida Land unveils P3.1-B residential tower in QC
Avida Land has launched a new P3.1-billion high-rise residential project in Quezon City, dubbed The Heights Katipunan.
This, as the Ayala-led developer moves to tap sustained housing demand along the Katipunan corridor, where condominium supply remains limited.
The project, located in one of Metro Manila’s established education hubs, comes amid steady residential interest in Katipunan. It is an area that has seen several developments record high take-up rates or reach sold-out status in recent years.
“The Heights Katipunan continues to be a strong investment location, supported by its role as an education hub and its long-term residential appeal,” COO of Avida Land Aris Gonzales said.
Gonzales said with fewer new launches in the corridor, available units have continued to move quickly, supporting demand from both end-users and investors.
The Heights Katipunan will feature a 33-storey residential tower with a total of 758 units built on a 1,833-square-meter land area.
Unit offerings include studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts, with sizes ranging from 21 to 68 square meters.
Prices start at P6.7 million and the project is currently available for pre-selling, according to Avida Land.
Designed to support longterm residents and urban lifestyles, the development will include amenities such as a swimming pool, meeting room, study hall, multipurpose hall and a gym.
The building’s facade was developed in collaboration with The Buchan Group Australia Pty Ltd. It served as the project’s international facade consultant, in line with Avida Land’s design standards.
