Bloomberry readies MegaFUNalo refresh

Bloomberry Resorts Corp. is readying new updates to its online gaming platform after its brick-and-mortar casino continued to weaken in the first half.

Enrique Razon Jr., Bloomberry chair and CEO, on Wednesday said they would “introduce more content and enhancements” to the MegaFUNalo! platform “that will strengthen its competitiveness.”

Launched in June, MegaFUNalo! was meant to be the direct competitor of DigiPlus Interactive Corp.’s flagship games, including BingoPlus.

This, after Bloomberry swung to a net loss of P1.41 billion in the second quarter this year. It recorded a net profit of P1.34 billion in the same period last year.
