Welcome remarks by Sandy Prieto-Romualdez, chairperson, Inquirer Group of Companies, at the 2026 Inquirer ESG Edge Impact Awards:
It is my great pleasure to welcome all of you to the second Inquirer ESG Edge Impact Awards. Today, we celebrate 30 Outstanding winners and two Grand winners—true champions of Environmental, Social, and Governance initiatives.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank our esteemed judges, for their hard work, commitment, and shared passion for ESG stewardship. I am also grateful for the support of SGV, our award advisor, and to the ESG Impact Awards Secretariat for their dedication and perseverance.
The Inquirer ESG Impact Awards goes beyond recognition. Rather, it is a platform for positive change showcasing how projects here in the Philippines are creating real and lasting change in our communities.
