Ah, so let me get this straight: these former presidents, mayors, and senators are doing all this out of the goodness of their hearts, right? Jumping from top positions back to lower ones or in some cases going into retirement, because, you know, public service? But wait—do they do all that for free? No? Oh, then who’s behind them, pulling the strings? Old friends, wealthy backers, or maybe a secret cabal of power-hungry ghosts of administrations past? And let’s not forget—just because they downshift or retire doesn’t mean they lose influence. It’s like wearing a different costume in the same play. So is it really a new show, or just the same plot twist, again and again?
