Whatever happened to the automation program led by a former senator who requested a huge budget for the DICT? The government earmarks funds for automation without any post-accomplishment audit to ensure that funds are not wasted and eaten by corruption. Too many similar projects are repeated in the annual budget by Congress.

Laws were broken. Appropriate charges must be filed against those responsible. Arrest all those who broke the laws. There is no need to suspend them. They must be automatically dismissed from service! Put them behind bars and throw away the key!
