PH1 World Developers wins big at PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards
PH1 World Developers (PH1WD) continues to make strides in the real estate industry through innovation and technology.
This relatively young industry player is showing one’s mettle by creating meaningful disruptions in property development while scaling up growth, as evident in the awards and citations it received in the 12th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards.
PH1WD won Best Housing Development in Greater Metro Manila and Best Eco-friendly Housing Development through its Northscapes San Jose Del Monte project.
The property developer also bagged the Best Condo Interior Design for Modan Lofts Ortigas Hills; Best Mid End Condo Development (Metro Manila) for My Enso Lofts; and a Highly Commended citation for Best Condo Architectural Design, also for My Enso Lofts.

Growing portfolio
As the real estate arm of tycoon Edgar Saavedra-led Megawide Construction Corp., PH1WD puts into focus the energy-efficient features, quality, consistency, and durability of its projects.
“Through our parent company’s innovative technologies, we herald developments that provide a wide range of extras: extra space, extra convenience and extra value,” said PH1WD president Gigi Alcantara.
PH1WD currently has projects in the vertical and horizontal segments. Its first project was The Hive Residences in Taytay, Rizal.
Now, it is investing P5.5 billion to develop a residential condominium project in Pasig City. The fourth vertical development in PH1WD’s growing portfolio will feature “extra livable space” as it will incorporate Megawide’s patented “AddLoft Technology.” This will increase the total volume of livable space by 40 percent. Each unit will have high ceilings with innovative loft designs.
Extraordinary experiences
Delivering extraordinary experiences is in the DNA of PH1WD. A concrete example is through its signature “Extra Space at No Extra Cost” in all of its vertical projects. This positive disruption is also evident in My Enso Lofts and Modan Lofts Ortigas Hills.
