It is my honor and pleasure to welcome you all to the 12th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards.
It’s wonderful to be back in Manila to celebrate and award the country’s best developments, designs, and developers.
The properties and companies on the shortlist this evening, certainly reflect the ever increasing choice and quality in the Philippine real estate sector. That’s why the market continues to grow, and that’s also why these awards continue to expand every year.
So give yourselves a much deserved round of applause!
Winning projects and companies from the Philippines Property Awards often feature as “Best of the Best” at our annual PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final.
We look forward to seeing the Philippines on the international winners’ list once again when we present the international awards in Bangkok this December.
But this evening is all about raising the bar for quality real estate here in the Philippines, and we could not achieve that without support from our expert panel of independent judges.
I would like to express my personal thanks to the judging panel for their commitment and expertise.
