See how Liv comes to life in Katipunan
Some concepts are best experienced firsthand.
This is especially true for ARTHALAND and its newly opened Gallery along Katipunan Avenue, where guests can now have their first immersive look at Liv, the developer’s upcoming residential community in Loyola Heights.
The showroom—located 3 km from the actual site where Liv will rise—brings ARTHALAND’s vision for student living out of the renderings and into spaces people can actually feel and walk through.
There is plenty to see beyond the usual scale model. At this Arthaland Gallery featuring Liv, visitors can walk through fully furnished studio and one-bedroom model units, inspect finishes and materials up close, explore the development through a digital kiosk, and enjoy drinks from Switch Coffee.
Essentially, this space gives guests an exciting preview of the lifestyle that ARTHALAND has envisioned for Liv’s future residents.
“The gallery (is) more than just a place to view a development. (It’s) a place to experience what life you can live even before the community takes shape,” said Celeste Cariño, ARTHALAND AVP for Business and Project Development.

Experience the lifestyle
Last week’s ceremonies brought ARTHALAND officials, project partners and guests together for a symbolic Tree of Life ceremony.
Company officials, led by Cariño, watered a plant to signify shared roots before the installation lit up from the roots upward, formally opening the gallery. The Tree of Life reflects balance, harmony, unity and the interconnectedness of people and nature.
“The Arthaland Gallery experience was designed to give visitors a feel for Liv even before it is completed. They can see and experience the units and lifestyle we are creating at Liv as ARTHALAND expands its presence in Quezon City,” said Kiesha Silayan, Arthaland Marketing Strategy division manager.

Functional, flexible
The model units reflect that intent, with Hong Kong-based RGBA Design Ltd. prioritizing functionality and flexibility through efficient layouts and biophilic details.
In the 25-sqm Studio, designed for a young collegiate, a custom bunk bed sits above a dedicated study area, freeing up floor space while separating sleep and schoolwork. Large operable windows bring in natural light and fresh air.
The 40-sqm one-bedroom unit meanwhile offers more privacy and room to settle in, with a private balcony, generous windows and separate toilet and shower arrangement.
Both configurations will notably feature INAX bathroom fixtures by LIXIL, bringing Japanese engineering and water-saving, hygiene and comfort technologies into the homes. LIXIL is a global leader in housing and water technology whose brands include INAX, GROHE and American Standard. Walking through the model units lets you gauge the proportions, inspect the finishes, see how the spaces flow and imagine how comfortably they can support everyday student life.

‘Liv where you thrive’
Rising along Katipunan Avenue, Liv places future residents close to leading universities, public transport, commercial centers and other essential establishments. The development is accessible from both Katipunan Avenue and Esteban Abada Street, while the LRT-2 Katipunan Station is about a five-minute walk away.
One of the project’s main draws is a dedicated footbridge from Liv’s second-floor retail podium that will connect directly to Ateneo de Manila University’s Gate 1. Miriam
College and the University of the Philippines Diliman are also nearby.
This makes the two-tower Liv relevant to parents seeking residences for their children; students and investors looking at properties near major universities; and professionals who want a well-connected Quezon City address. They can choose from the 748 residential units currently on offer at the first tower, the 46-story Liv North.
Designed by Visionarch around a “life-centric architecture” philosophy, Liv pairs flexible residences with shared spaces. Amenities include pools, a gym, multipurpose court, function room, landscaped parks, Potager Garden and co-working spaces. The podium will feature nine retail spaces planned for concepts catering to residents’ everyday needs.

Sustainability also remains a key part of ARTHALAND’s proposition for Liv, which is targeting certifications from four leading green building standards: LEED, WELL, EDGE and BERDE. The development, whose units are targeted for turnover by 2031, is designed to achieve at least 20 percent savings in energy and water consumption.
“As our first venture into the north, Liv allows us to bring sustainability to more people and to new generations of homeowners,” Cariño said.
For prospective residents, parents and investors, the new gallery offers the best way to see what ARTHALAND has in mind for Liv.
So drop by the new Arthaland Gallery for Liv, walk through the model units, take in the details and get a firsthand sense of this community designed around the way students live, study and thrive in Katipunan.
