Philippine Pickleball League drives the growth of the sport nationwide
The Philippine Pickleball League (PPL) is one of the country’s biggest pickleball tournament series, bringing together players from across the Philippines through its regional tournaments. As the sport continues to grow, the league provides a competitive platform for athletes of all levels while helping strengthen the country’s pickleball community.
The PPL has organized four major regional tournaments this year: the PPL Luzon Open 2026, held at The Dink Lab, Cavite last January 16 to January 25; the PPL Pampanga Ligligan Luzon Leg 2026, held at Pampanga Pickleball Center last February 27 to March 8; the PPL Mindanao Open 2026, held at PickleTown Davao last May 21 to May 31; and the upcoming PPL Visayas Open 2026, which will take place from July 30 to August 9. Each of these tournaments showcases talented athletes from different parts of the country, promoting competitive play, sportsmanship, and the continued growth of pickleball nationwide.

The PPL Visayas Open 2026 will be held at PlayPro Active Courts in Sibulan, Negros Oriental. Known as the largest pickleball hub in the Philippines to date, the venue features 17 pickleball courts and provides excellent facilities for players and spectators, making it an ideal setting for one of the country’s premier pickleball tournaments.
By connecting players through its Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao tournaments, PPL continues to expand the reach of pickleball in the Philippines while promoting a stronger and more connected sporting community.
