SM Prime expands premium residential offerings with Tagaytay project

SM Prime Holdings Inc. is expanding its premium residential portfolio through a new leisure development in Tagaytay.

This, as its subsidiary Highlands Prime Inc. completes Provence, a low-density residential enclave within Tagaytay Midlands.

In a statement on Thursday, Highlands Prime said Provence is located along Lakeside Fairways Drive in Talisay, Batangas. It offers an upscale lot-only community designed to complement Tagaytay Highlands’ luxury mountain living brand.

Inspired by the architectural style of Southern France, Provence has 119 residential lots, averaging 14 lots per hectare across its 8.3-hectare site.

Lot sizes range from 240 to 451 square meters, with views overlooking Taal Lake and Volcano.

“To capture the tranquil beauty of the French countryside, generous open spaces and landscaping are woven throughout this 8.3-hectare development,” said Mary Eleanor Mendoza, senior vice president at Highlands Prime.

She added that buyer interest has been strong, noting a substantial number of lots have already been sold.

Provence features amenities aimed at fostering a residential community, including a central promenade, an infinity pool, a multipurpose pavilion and tree-lined roads.
