With artificial intelligence (AI) revolutionizing industries, Telus Digital Philippines is making significant strides to ensure women are at the forefront of this transformation through comprehensive training programs and the use of AI-powered tools.
From using an AI copilot to help sift through tens of thousands of employee engagement feedback, to creating and utilizing an “AI agent sandbox,” where team members practice difficult customer scenarios and get real-time recommendations for improvement, the Telus Digital Philippines team is leaning into the benefits of upskilling employees on AI.

Telus Digital Philippines recently joined a diverse group of leaders and innovators dedicated to advancing women’s empowerment in Asean. Anne Muñoz, Telus Digital Philippines Country vice president, said during the recent Great Women Festival that the company believes in celebrating women’s contribution to technology while creating pathways for their growth.
“By fostering a culture where AI and human ingenuity work together, we ensure that no one—especially women—is left behind,” she said. Muñoz added, “At Telus Digital, we’re taking action to ensure our teams not only understand new technologies but know how to use them effectively and responsibly.”
