First things first rather than wishes! Our problem is poorly-educated masses because of weak educational system. We haven’t resolved this, so we can’t get to the next level of pampering the weak. Focus on our priority, better-educated masses that are competitive with the rest of the world. The DepEd Secretary should be made to report on this on a quarterly basis because our destiny rests clearly on excellent education.
