I don’t think it’s just a matter of a broken piece, but the entire structure is rusty and corroded and needs a whole change—a change in attitude, a change in goal and the relentless effort to fix the problem. It can’t be done in a wishy-washy way or half-hearted interest.

Reform will come if we believe that an evil web has permeated the minds and hearts of the ordinary citizenry and that there is no silent majority out there just waiting to be led. The silent majority is just as corrupted.
