Are we learning ??? It seems yes as shown by this past election expressed by general old timers like me but esp from gen z voters . But we have a long way to go still but we started the journey.

Some appointed officials are naive and indifferent to the performance of the office that they are supposed to manage and govern. Corruption may be rampant and often, blame falls on the appointed official, but the reality is that corruption is also rampant among the rank and file, among career staff who holds high posts.
