Harmony, balance and prosperity in every detail
If you seek peace and prosperity, claim them by living in a home built by Shang Properties Inc., where good feng shui is “all in the details.”
“[Shang Properties] consistently impresses with its exceptional location choices and meticulous site planning,” said Venus Wang, a Chinese metaphysics master. “The layout of its developments is always well-thought-out, ensuring a harmonious balance of energy.”
Feng shui talks at Shang
Aside from being an expert in feng shui, Wang is also a real estate specialist. She specializes in residential and commercial sales and leases, property investment and management in Singapore, plus overseas residential property investments.
Wang was recently in the Philippines touring Shang Properties’ developments and gathering audiences for her feng shui talks namely:
“Lunar Blessings of the Wooden Snake”, held on Jan. 25 at the Shangri-La Mactan Resort & Spa in Cebu, and “Transformative Beginnings” at Shangri-La Plaza Mall in Mandaluyong City the day before.
These feng shui talks were held in preparation for the Year of the Wood Snake, which officially starts today. Billions celebrated the arrival of the new year, named after a character in Chinese astrology paired with one of the five elements.
Ancient practice
Feng shui, meaning “the way of wind and water,” is an ancient Chinese practice that seeks to achieve balance and harmony through working on chi, the life force in all things. If done right, the result would be peace and prosperity.
Lunar New Year 2025 ushers in the Year of the Wood Snake. The Wood Snake signifies wisdom and adaptability, and encourages transformation and growth. The year invites individuals to take measured risks and prepare for profound shifts.
Wang said Shang Properties offered products that balanced chi, after seeing the units on offer at Shang Summit in Quezon City and Shang Bauhinia Residences in Cebu City. Summit is the tallest residential condominium in the Philippines, whose East Tower is 80 stories high. Bauhinia, meanwhile, is Shang’s first development in Cebu City and outside Metro Manila.
“Upon reviewing the floor plans of their individual units, I noticed that many of them incorporate functional feng shui principles,” she said. “The layout is not only efficient, but also prioritizes the balance of chi throughout the living spaces.”
“From the living hall to the kitchen and bedrooms, the energy flow is carefully considered to promote harmony and balance,” Wang added. “The thoughtful design of their apartments truly sets them apart. It’s clear that [Shang Properties] places great importance on creating living spaces that do not only look beautiful, but also feel energized and balanced. Kudos to their design team!”
Design heavyweights
Bauhinia and Summit are a collaboration among design heavyweights.
These projects meld the expertise of Casas + Architects, P&T Group, and FM Architettura with that of Shang. The first is a renowned local firm, while the second is a Hong Kong-based design firm whose business spans over 70 cities. The third is a known Italy-based designer of luxurious, bespoke spaces.
On top of quality spaces, Shang developments also boast of modern resort-like amenities and strategic locations resulting in access to metropolitan experiences and guarantee of capital appreciation.
Indeed, Shang Properties offers addresses that reward dwellers with unparalleled comfort and elegance, as well as peace and prosperity—this Lunar New Year and beyond.
