At this year’s edition of the awards, Primeworld District received a Highly Commended citation in the Best Mid End Condominium Development (Metro Cebu) category. The same development was earlier honored in 2022 as Best Affordable Condo Development in Metro Cebu, along with a Highly Commended citation for Best Condo Landscape Architectural Design.

In 2023, Primeworld Enclave was likewise recognized with a Highly Commended citation for Best Housing Development (Luzon), while Primeworld: The Township bagged the title Best Housing Development in Mindanao in the same year.
