Three major honors cement Fiesta Communities’ place in PH real estate

Fiesta Communities Inc. (FCI) proved its place as one of the country’s leading community developers when it brought home three statuettes from the awarding ceremonies of the 13th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards.

FCI won Best Connectivity Housing Development for FIESTA Communities Aguso in Tarlac City, and Best Socialized Housing Development for Kaya Homes in Magalang, Pampanga. Buoyed by these victories, FCI also took home the award for Best Affordable Housing Developer.

“[FCI] knows its place in the real estate industry. We know our purpose. As long as more than 80 percent of Filipino families aspire for quality and dignified homes, FIESTA Communities will always be there,” said Atty. Christopher Ryan Tan, chief executive officer of Hausland Holdings Inc. during his acceptance speech. FCI is part of the Hausland Group.

FCI edged out others across Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao with the citations from this year’s edition of the PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards.

Decent, safe, desirable homes

FCI specializes in socialized housing, providing decent, safe and desirable homes that are attainable to starting families, first-time homebuyers, ordinary and overseas Filipino workers. Founded in 2007, it now has 30 projects and counting.

Kaya Homes sets the gold standard for socialized housing, offering house-and-lot packages that minimum-wage earners can afford. It is the second project of FCI to win Best Socialized Housing Development, following FIESTA Communities San Rafael Extension’s victory last year. Such an achievement attests that FCI builds not only inclusive and attainable projects, but also quality communities.

FIESTA Communities Aguso, which won Best Connectivity Housing Development, sits right beside McArthur Highway. As such, the project provides residents with direct access to major roads, transport systems and essential establishments. This proximity ensures convenience, mobility and even value appreciation.
